SZC-7500Y rocker arm cement bulk ship loading system is a dedicated device for loading bulk cement to the ship and also could be used in the building material, electricity, metallurgy, coal and chemical industry for loading the no corrosion and rude grind powdery material to ship.
SZC-7500Y rocker arm cement bulk ship loading system is designed according to the certain process. The manufacture requirement refers to the standard specified by China National Building Materials Technology and Equipment Corporation which is "Cement Bulk Truck Loader for Cement Industry" and "Cement Bulk Train Loader for Cement Industry".
SZC-7500Y Rocker Arm Cement Bulk Ship Loading System consists of the steel tower support, electric rotary rocker arm, air slide Conveyor, electric winch device, material-full controller and flexible bulk down loading head. The rotary angle can reach 180°that ensure it is suitable to different ship and process load requirement.
SZC-7500Y Rocker Arm Cement Bulk Ship Loading System has the dust collect joint at feeding joint’s side. During the loading the ash gas will be collected by the dust collector from the joint and after treatment it will be exerted. This process could realize the no-dust loading. The controller of material full is used for automatic alarm and stop if the material is full. It has high sensitive and reliable characteristics. It will not affect by temperature, moisture, magnetic field, sound wave, vibrate, mechanical shock. And it could control the overflow of material and automatic control.
This system is the equipment which can convey powdery material to the barge automatically. It has characteristics of sensitive material level control, fluency and small resistance of material discharge.
The equipment can bulk load powdery material to barge or truck which is applicable for building material system and other industry as well as metallurgy, coal, chemical department.
