Variable Amplitude Truck Loader is made of flat belt conveyor, unload device, top chute, middle chute and etc. The flat belt Conveyor has the structure of steel plate bending, beautiful and stable. The drive device uses Cycloidal pin gear speed reducer which saves space. Vertical screw tension in the middle is the tensioning method, the unload structure is made of screw arm belt Conveyor, electric push rod, and support. When there is no need to unload the cement package from the middle, the vertical belt Conveyor is by the side of the package belt Conveyor. When there is need to unload the package from the middle, please use the electric pull rod to make the vertical belt Conveyor cross with the package belt Conveyor and then turn on the vertical belt Conveyor. The two limit position of the vertical belt Conveyor is set with the limit switch. The state of working or not working is realized by the limit switch. The special design of chute could ensure the cement package fall on the middle of following belt Conveyor exactly.
