●General Information
Single-channel screw steady flow feeder is suitable for the continuous and uniform feeding dry powdery materials such as raw materials, coal, cement and other powdery material's feeding and short delivery. Commonly used in powdery material silo (warehouse) unloading (feeding) materials at the bottom.
●Structure Features
The square mouth is not easy blocking material when feeding, which can guarantee powder filling rate is high in delivery channel. The material feed end of inlet has special-shape screw blade to mix materials evenly so that it is easy to feed. Feeding channel length screw blade structure is in line with the transport rule of material taking section; material feeding section and steady flow section, to ensure the channel material evenly fill rates. This series products are divided into Ⅰ - fixed rotational speed, Ⅱ - manual steeples speed regulation in the drive way, adopt high efficiency, high speed ratio the Cycloidal reducer. Ⅱ matches with the new electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, speed range is wide, smooth running, low noise, compact structure, can adjust the material flow, meet different production requirements.
