Screw feeder consists of body, star rotor, end cap, etc. The material falls among vanes which in the body from the upper inlet .The vanes are driven by the motor rotating at constant speed and convey the materials to the material outlet and feeding or discharging. According to the form of the installation, screw feeder could be use as the discharge device for the positive pressure conveying system or negative pressure suction conveying system or as the feeder for the positive pressure conveying system feeder. Each system has the effect of closing system to prevent air leakage and feeding at the same time.

D type: It has open end leaves which is suitable for powdery material

B type: It has closed end leaves which is suitable for particle and ball material.

1. Powdery type: upside material inlet and downside material outlet, the 1.0MPa national standard circular flanges. It is suitable for powdery material conveying.

2. Particle type: upside material inlet and downside material outlet, the 1.0MPa national standard circular flanges. And V-shape structure set in the inlet. It is suitable for the particle and elasticity particle conveying.

3. Wear-resistant type: There are compensable vanes or wear-resistant panel, and add wear-resistant bush and other structure. Reduce the wear resistant and increase the service life.

4. Drip pressure type: The end uses special seal structure. The gap between the impeller and the shell is very small. The leakage inside is very small and suitable for the high pressure work situation. And it could be used as the replacement of the transmitter feeder, and it can provide plug continuously and realize the high pressure dense phase plug flow conveying.
