The crone-shape airlock valve is mainly used for conveying and automatic adjustment and control. It prevents wild wind and ensures system running normally.

It adopts the high quality steel welding, flexible running, enclosed is good, reliable performance and has airlock discharge effect. It is special suitable for conveying and adjustment solid powdery material without viscosity, fine particle, crystal grain material.

Crone-shape airlock realizes the discharging by moment balance. When the moment of the material on the plate is bigger than the moment of the heavy hammer rocker, the valve plate will open and start to discharge. The material left on the plate is discharged, the moment from the heavy hammer and the rocker make the plate closed quickly so that the air is closed. The frequency and quantity of the discharging could change according to the work situation by adjusting heavy hammer position.

●Instructions

1. Please mark the flow of the medium on the valve body, there should add the gasket between two flanges, and tighten the bolt evenly.

2. When equipment is running, please adds the lubricate oil on the transmission device.

3. The keep the equipment closed when you are going to store it for a long-term. Please add lubricate oil on the transmission oil, not allow to pile up and put in the air.
