Brief introduction

Cantilever bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer is large equipment for stacking and reclaiming bulk materials such as coal, ore, sandstone, etc., which is widely used for power plant, port, mine, and chemical engineering etc.. It has the characteristics with large rotating radius, high production efficiency and reliable operation and low energy consumption, etc.

Cantilever bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer can do both stacking and reclaiming, but cannot be done at the same time.

Stacking: materials are conveyed by belt conveyor through trail vehicle and discharged on cantilever belt conveyor and then discharged on the pile and form trapezium by adjusting whole machine operating, rotating and luffing of cantilever frame.

Reclaiming: the buckets rotate to dig materials in hopper and then the materials are conveyed to cantilever belt conveyor through conveying plate. Cantilever belt conveyor reverse runs and materials are discharged on ground belt conveyor through center material hopper. Take out materials by operating the whole machine, rotating and luffing of cantilever.

Basic structure

Cantilever bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer mainly consists of travel device, portal base, rotary device, rotary table, metal structure on the top, front beam frame, bucket wheel device, tail vehicle, rail system, lubrication system, control room, etc.
